Shipping from the UK was reasonably fast (with a stop in customs) and without any glitches. My item was received timely and well packaged. The packaging is secure and discreet. Inside the small box, which fits inside a standard sized PO Box, the items were beautifully packaged and presented. Thank you again for such a beautiful piece of body jewelry!

Special note: All wires are flexible, (e.g., soft copper, memory wire, aluminum, etc.), which means on occasion, your jewelry may flex out of place. If that should happen, gently flex or bend it back into place to re-shape your jewelry. If the band of a ring warps, just fit the band onto a round object, such as a marker, lipstick, or nail polish bottle to re-shape.
My order is damaged / broken?
If your order arrives and is damaged or broken then please get in touch so that we can discuss either the option of a replacement or a refund. Please don't return anything before contacting the shop first.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
Please refer to the shop's shipping policies or your order details for estimated delivery times
UK orders are sent and Tracked via Royal Mail Second Class. Most UK orders arrive within a few days.
INTERNATIONAL orders shipping times are estimated and do not take into account potential delays at Customs. If your order should have arrived and hasn't then please get in touch so we can discuss what to do.
NOTE: Unless you have updated the posting option at checkout there is NO TRACKING information on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
Items will be considered lost and refunds or replacements made after 8 weeks have passed from posting for international orders and 2 weeks for UK orders.
RETURNED Parcels are not refundable due to handmade-to-order items.

INTERNATIONAL via INTERNATIONAL STANDARD, take between 1-3 weeks on average but can take up to 6 weeks.

How do I measument myself for non piercing intimate jewellry?
Nipple Jewelry: To be sure about your Nipple size the simple way is to use a thread. Roll the thread around the nipple when it's erected and then measure its length. After recounting it in diameter. Also, you can use my nipple size guide.

Cock Jewelry: Please do your measure with a string or flex tape measure around the thickest part of the shaft when you're in a relaxed state, and then again when you're erected. The size between these 2 measurements is what you need to choose.
If you send us this measurement your jewelry will be custom fit.
How do I put my non pierced Nipple Jewelry?
Mostly all our nipple jewerly is adjustable or custom made to fit. If you don't request a size at checkout I will make a standard 10mm size.
Put your nipple jewelry on your erected nipples and all you have to do is put the nipple in the middle and adjust to your comfort level. Also you can help your non pierced nipple jewelry to stay longer with any body glue.
How do I put my non pierced Intimate Clit Jewelry?
Wearing pussy jewelry fits right around the clit and inner lips. Simply part your outer labia and slip the clip behind the clit and around the inner lips until the curved top achieves a snug fit.
For Clit Clamps it works like a clip on system all you have to do is found the right spot where you are confy with (eternal labia, clit, clit hood...) and clip on it. Enjoy!
What can I do if my jewelry is green or tarnish?
There are several reasons why jewelry becomes dull or dirty (like water, creams, or lotions), but the most common problem with fashion jewelry that has been packed away, is that over time the metal is exposed to elements in the air which cause a chemical reaction, leaving them tarnished or discolored. But luckily it’s an easy fix
Mix one tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of baking soda and mix with one cup of warm water. Pour into the dish. The mixture will create a chemical reaction with the foil and bubble as it cleans the jewelry. Rinse with cool water and buff dry with a clean cloth.
